Tournament TV DEMO display
Text “DEMO” displayed in the middle of the Tournament TV screen.
This can happen when Tournament TV is not registered, when the version of Tournament TV does not match the version of Tournament Planner, or when Tournament Planner is not connected to Tournament TV.
Reasons
This can happen when:
1. Tournament TV is not registered.
You can register it when starting Tournament TV or via the main menu:
Help → Register
2. The Tournament TV version is different from the Tournament Planner version.
The year in both version numbers must be the same (for example, 2012 and 2013 cannot be used together).
To check the version you are using, go to:
Help → About
Download and install the latest version of both products.
3. Tournament TV is registered, but Tournament Planner is not connected to Tournament TV.
Click Test on the Tournament TV screen in Tournament Planner.
