View Player Availability in OTP 

How to view a player’s availability within a tournament, including the option to view combined availability with a partner.

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Players
  2. Click on the name of the player
  3. Open the Availability tab
  4. Optionally, select a partner to view the combined availability
  5. Click the X or Cancel button to close the pop-up window

Expected Result

  • The player availability is displayed successfully
  • Combined availability is shown when a partner is selected
  • No error message is displayed
  • The pop-up window closes successfully when clicking X or Cancel

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to view the player availability, check the following:

  • You are logged in
  • A tournament is currently open
  • All tournament data has loaded without errors
  • There are players available in the tournament

If everything above is correct and the issue persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
