You are trying to log in to the wrong website** There are many different websites: - Double check if you are trying to log in at the correct domain You may only have an account for one of these websites. ### **2. You have two separate accounts** It is possible to have: - one account on **website A** - and another account on **website B** In that case, you must use the correct login details for the correct website. For example: - You are trying to use your **website A** account to log in to w**ebsite B** - Or you are trying to use your **website B** account to log in to **website A**   ### **3. Username must be unique** Your username must always be unique. This means: - If you already have an account on **website A**, you cannot create a new account on **website B** using the same username. - The same applies the other way around.   **Why this can be confusing** For example: - You already have a website A account. - You try to retrieve your login details on website B. - The system says: **"0 details found"** - But when you try to create a new account using the same username, you receive a message saying that the username is already in use.   ### **Email address vs username** Many users use their email address as their username. Because of this, users sometimes think they are not allowed to use the same email address twice. This is not correct.
