Taking participants schedule in account
Participants had the option during registration to indicate that they are playing in a tournament in the preceding week. How can I take this into account when scheduling matches?
When scheduling a match, you can use the ‘Block players until end of previous week’ dropdown menu to block the final playing day of the preceding weekend (usually Sunday) if one or more players have indicated during registration that they are participating in a tournament in the preceding week.
The preceding weekend will remain available if both players/pairs have indicated that they are available during the preceding weekend.
Please note: You only need to set the ‘Playing in previous week until’ option once. It will automatically be taken into account for every subsequent match you schedule.
