Schedule matches per pool in OTP
In a Round Robin event, you can schedule all matches within a specific pool at once. This allows you to quickly assign match times and optionally locations for all matches in that pool.
Steps
- Go to Draws in the left-hand menu
- Click the Actions button
- Select Plan matches
- (Optional) Choose a location for the matches
- Select a day and time slot as the starting point
- Review the scheduled matches for the pool
- Click Save to confirm
What happens after scheduling?
- All matches within the selected pool are scheduled
- Each match receives a date and time
- The schedule is visible across all matches in the pool
- The changes are saved automatically
When should I use this?
Use this option when:
- You are working with a Round Robin format
- You want to schedule matches per pool instead of the entire event
- You want more control over planning different pools separately
Troubleshooting
If you’re unable to schedule matches:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Check if the tournament is open
- Ensure a Round Robin schedule exists in the event
- Verify that matches have been seeded and drawn
- Refresh the page if no matches appear
