Schedule elimination matches in OTP
In an elimination (knock-out) draw, you can schedule matches per round. This allows you to plan each round separately, giving you more control over timing and court usage.
Steps
- Go to Draws in the left-hand menu
- Locate the round you want to schedule
- Click Plan round above that round
- (Optional) Select a location for the matches
- Choose a day and time slot as the starting point
- Review the scheduled matches
- Click Save to confirm
What happens after scheduling?
- All matches in the selected round are scheduled
- Each match receives a date and time
- The schedule becomes visible for all matches in that round
- Changes are saved automatically
When should I use this?
Use this option when:
- You are working with an elimination (knock-out) format
- You want to schedule matches round by round (e.g. quarterfinals, semifinals)
- You need more control over when each round is played
Troubleshooting
If you’re unable to schedule matches:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Check if the tournament is open
- Ensure an elimination draw has been created
- Verify that matches have been seeded and drawn
- Refresh the page if no matches appear
