Schedule an Individual Match (Round Robin) in OTP

Steps

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Draws
2. Click the calendar icon next to the match you want to schedule
3. Select a day and time slot where courts are still available
4. Review the scheduling overview on the right side:
   • Number of courts in use
   • Number of available courts
   • Availability per participant
5. (Optional) Add a match note
6. Click Save to schedule the match

Expected Result

• The changes are saved successfully
• No error message is displayed
• The match is scheduled
• The scheduled match becomes visible in the draw

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to schedule a match, check the following:

• You are logged in to your account
• A tournament is currently open
• The tournament data has fully loaded without errors
• There are playings available in both the tournament and the selected event
• A Round Robin schedule has been created for the event
• The matches have already been seeded and drawn
