Steps
- In the left-hand menu, go to Draws
- Click the Plan button for the draw you want to schedule
- Select a day and time slot where courts are still available
- Review the scheduling overview on the right side:
- Number of courts in use
- Number of available courts
- Availability per participant
- (Optional) Add a match note
- Click Save to schedule the draw
After
- The changes are saved successfully
- No error message is displayed
- The draw becomes visible on the match
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to schedule the draw, check the following:
- You are logged in
- A tournament is currently open
- All tournament data has loaded without errors
- There are players available in both the tournament and the selected event
- A knockout draw has already been created for the event
- The draw has not yet been published or drawn
