Remove player from singles event in OTP

How to remove a player from one or more events within a tournament

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Players
  2. Click on the name of the player
  3. Open the Events tab
  4. Deselect one or more events
  5. Click Save

Expected Result

  • The player is removed from the deselected events successfully
  • No error message is displayed
  • The updated event selection is visible in the player details

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to remove the player from events, check the following:

  • You are logged in
  • A tournament is currently open
  • All tournament data has loaded without errors
  • There are players available in the tournament

If everything above is correct and the issue persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
