Register players as present
Mark players as present during a tournament.
Before a match can be assigned to a court, the system needs to confirm that the players have arrived at the venue. Registering players as present helps organizers manage match readiness and scheduling.
Steps
Register players when they arrive
Players should be marked as present when they arrive at the tournament venue.

Open the Matches page.

Locate the player’s upcoming match.

Mark the player as present.
Once marked as present:

A green status indicator appears next to the player’s name.

This confirms the player has checked in.
Assign the match to a court
When all players in a match are marked as present:

The match is ready to be scheduled.

The match can be assigned to a court.
