Publish tournament or league

Change the closing date for registrations in their league or tournament.

The closing date determines when players can no longer register through Online Entry. Organizers may need to extend or shorten this deadline after publishing the event.

Steps

Change the final entry date

  1. Open the Internet menu.

  2. Select Publish.

  3. In the publish window, open the Online Entry tab.

  4. Locate the Final entry date field.

  5. Change the date to the desired closing date.

  6. Save the changes.

  7. Publish the tournament or league again to apply the update online.

The new closing date will now be active.
