Publish league online

A league becomes visible online only after it has been published. Publishing allows organizers to control match visibility, online entry, participant information, and payment options.

Steps

Publish your league

Open the main menu.
Select Internet → Publish.
The publish settings window will open.

General tab

Configure what information appears online:

Enable Show scheduled matches to display scheduled matches.
Enable national flags for international leagues.
Choose whether team and club contact details are visible online.

Use the Message window to publish announcements or updates.
These messages appear on the first tab of the league website.

Online Entry tab

Enable online registrations:

Activate Online Entry.
Enter a Final entry date later than the current date.
- If the date has passed, online entry is automatically disabled.

Additional options:

Configure player nomination settings.
Require participants to log in before registering.

Online Entry Options tab

Define what teams and players can specify during online registration, such as additional information or preferences.

Events tab

Select which events are available for online entry.
All events are enabled by default.
Disable events that are full.
Republish the league to update the website.

Regulations tab

Publish league rules:

Enter or paste regulations text, or
Load a document using Load Text.

Participants must accept the regulations before completing registration.

Confirmation tab

Create the confirmation message participants receive after successfully registering online.

Payment tab

Enable online payments:

Activate payments via PayPal.
Choose whether payment is:
- Mandatory, or
- Optional.

Result

After clicking Publish:

The league becomes visible online.
Registrations can be completed according to your settings.
Participants and spectators receive updated league information.
