# Process refund in the Online Tournament Planner

## When a player is entitled to a refund, you can process the refund from the Payments section.

Processing a refund

1. Select **Payments** from the left-hand menu.
2. Open the **To be refunded** tab.
3. Here you can see which players are due a refund.
4. Select the player you want to refund.
5. Confirm the refund in the pop-up window.

The refund will then be processed.

> **Please note:** Depending on the player's bank, it can take **24 to 48 hours** for the refunded amount to appear in their bank account.
