# Process payment via other methods

## It is not possible to process payments by cash.

**Payments for tournament registrations at tournaments are always processed via iDEAL, as a service fee must be paid to our platform. Therefore, online payment is the only available payment method.**

If a player has paid the organizer by debit card (PIN), the organizer can complete the registration by following these steps:

1. Open **Tournament Planner** and navigate to the tournament.
2. Go to **Payments**.

4. Click on the **"Pending"** tab.

6. Select the player who, according to our system, has not yet paid.
7. Click **"CREATE PAYMENT REQUEST"** and follow the remaining steps, making sure the payment request is addressed to the tournament organizer.

9. Once the organizer completes the payment, the registration will be finalized.
