Process payment via other methods

Payments for tournament registrations at KNLTB tournaments are always processed via iDEAL, as a service fee must be paid to our platform. Therefore, online payment is the only available payment method.

If a player has paid the organizer by debit card (PIN), the organizer can complete the registration by following these steps:

1. Open Tournament Planner and navigate to the tournament.
2. Go to Payments.
3. 
4. Click on the "Pending" tab.
5. 
6. Select the player who, according to our system, has not yet paid.
7. Click "CREATE PAYMENT REQUEST" and follow the remaining steps, making sure the payment request is addressed to the tournament organizer.
8. 
9. Once the organizer completes the payment, the registration will be finalized.
