Matches overview

Understand how the Match view works and how match status, player information, and results are managed.

The Match view provides a central overview of all matches in a tournament. Understanding the different sections, colors, and options helps organizers efficiently manage scheduling, player status, and match results.

Explanation

View all matches

The Match view displays an overview of all matches.

You can switch between match categories using the tabs at the bottom of the screen:

  • Scheduled — matches assigned to a court and time

  • Not Scheduled — matches that still need planning

  • Finished — matches already completed

Matches are ordered by scheduled start time, with the next match shown at the top.

If a match contains a note, hover your mouse over the note icon to view it.

Player status colors

Players appear in different colors depending on their status:

  • Blue — player not checked in and not warned

  • Green — player warned by email or text message

  • Black — player checked in and present

  • Red underline — entry fee not paid

  • Red text — player currently on court

  • Yellow background — highlighted match

Match colors can be customized via:
Extra → Options → Match Colors.

Rest time indicator

After a match is finished, a clock icon appears next to the player’s name indicating mandatory rest time.

The minimum rest period can be configured in:
Tournament Properties → Draws tab.

Manage player status

  1. Double-click a match to open Match Properties.

  2. Use the following tabs:

Check-in tab

  • Mark players as present.

Warned tab

  • Mark players as notified individually.

  • Works for both singles and doubles matches.

Payment tab

  • View payment status.

  • Mark entry fees as paid.

  • Print payment receipts.

Enter scores and match details

Open the Score tab to:

  • Assign the court

  • Enter match results

  • Record match duration

  • Assign an umpire (if applicable)

Navigation between score fields can be done using the cursor keys.

Automatic score completion can be enabled in Tournament Properties, allowing the software to calculate final results automatically when only losing scores are entered.

After entering results:

  • The winner is selected automatically.

  • Match status can be adjusted if needed:

    • Walkover (WO)

    • Retired

    • Disqualification (DQ)

    • No match
