Match overview and scheduling

After draws are created, matches are generated automatically. The Match view provides organizers with a central overview to schedule matches, monitor player status, and enter results.

Explanation

Open the Match view

Once matches have been created, open the Match view to see a complete overview of all matches.

The Match view is divided into three sections:

• Scheduled — matches assigned to a court and time

• Not Scheduled — matches that still need planning

• Finished — matches that have already been completed

Understand match status indicators

Different colors and icons provide information about player and match status, such as:

• Player has not paid

• Player has not been warned

• Player has been warned

• Player has checked in

• Player is currently on court

• Player is in a required rest period

• Participants are not yet known for the match

These indicators help organizers manage match flow efficiently.

Schedule matches

1. Select a match from the overview.

2. Drag the match onto a court.

3. The court name will appear next to the match.

4. The match time starts automatically once assigned.

Enter match results

1. Double-click a scheduled match.

2. Enter the match score.

3. Confirm the result.

After entering the score:

• The match automatically moves to the Finished section.

• The court becomes available for the next match.

Switch between views

You can quickly switch between views:

• Press F6 to toggle between the Match overview and the Draw view.
