Incorrect date or currency format

Date, time, or currency formats are displayed incorrectly in Tournament Planner, League Planner, or Team Sport Planner.

These applications use the Windows system settings for date, time, and currency formats. Due to a known issue in Windows 7, these formats may sometimes be shown incorrectly inside the software.

This issue does not occur in Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Steps

Reset the Windows format settings

  1. Open the Start menu.

  2. Go to the Control Panel.

  3. Select Change date, time, or number formats.

  4. Open the Formats tab.

  5. Choose a different format than the one currently selected.

  6. Click Apply and then OK.

  7. Restart your computer.
