# Incorrect date or currency format

## Date, time, or currency formats are displayed incorrectly in Tournament Planner, League Planner, or Team Sport Planner.

These applications use the **Windows system settings** for date, time, and currency formats. Due to a known issue in **Windows 7**, these formats may sometimes be shown incorrectly inside the software.

This issue does not occur in Windows XP or Windows Vista.

#### **Steps**

#### Reset the Windows format settings

1. Open the **Start menu**.
2. Go to the **Control Panel**.
3. Select **Change date, time, or number formats**.
4. Open the **Formats** tab.
5. Choose a **different format** than the one currently selected.
6. Click **Apply** and then **OK**.
7. Restart your computer.
