Download online entries

Online registrations are stored on the web server and must be manually retrieved in Tournament Planner so they can be added to the tournament database.

Online entries are available when the Final entry date is set to a date later than the current date. Players can then register through the tournament website.

Download internet entries

Steps

1. Open the Internet menu.

2. Select Entries.

3. Click Next.

Tournament Planner will now connect to the web server and check for online registrations.

• The download progress is shown in the log window.

• Up to 500 entries can be downloaded within one minute.

Review downloaded entries

After downloading, entries appear in separate tabs:

• New — newly registered players

• Existing — updates to existing entries

• Deleted — removed registrations

• Withdrawn — players who cancelled participation

If a player already exists but selected different events online, the entry will appear highlighted in red, allowing you to decide whether to include the changes.

Import entries

1. Review all entries carefully.

2. Click Finish to import the registrations into the tournament.

Print entry forms (optional)

After downloading entries, you can print registration forms:

1. Choose to print:

   • All entries, or

   • A selected group (e.g., new entries only)

2. Optionally enable one player per page for clearer organization.

3. Click Print to start printing.

Result

After completing these steps:

• Online registrations are added to the tournament.

• Entries are ready for organization and draw placement.
