Steps

Check your internet connection

  1. Verify that your computer is connected to the internet.

  2. Open a website in your browser to confirm your connection is working.

  3. Try publishing again after a few minutes, as the issue may be temporary.

Disable proxy settings (if applicable)

If your network uses a proxy server:

  1. Open your internet browser settings.

  2. Go to Network or Connection settings.

  3. Locate the Proxy settings.

  4. Disable the proxy server temporarily.

  5. Restart the software and try publishing again.
