Connection error 101

Error: 101 and cannot connect to the server. The message “The website www.tournamentsoftware.com is not available” may appear.

This error usually occurs when the internet connection is not working correctly or when there is a temporary network issue. In some cases, the connection is routed through a proxy server that blocks access to the Tournamentsoftware server.

Steps

Check your internet connection

  1. Verify that your computer is connected to the internet.

  2. Open a website in your browser to confirm your connection is working.

  3. Try connecting again after a few minutes, as the issue may be temporary.

Disable proxy settings (if applicable)

If your connection uses a proxy server:

  1. Open your internet browser settings.

  2. Go to Network or Connection settings.

  3. Locate the Proxy settings.

  4. Disable the proxy server temporarily.

  5. Restart the software and try connecting again.
