Adjust player notes in OTP

How to edit or adjust notes for a player within a tournament.

Steps

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Players
  2. Click on the name of the player
  3. Open the Notes tab
  4. Edit the note
  5. Click Save

Expected Result

  • The player note is updated successfully
  • No error message is displayed
  • The updated note is visible in the player details

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to edit the player note, check the following:

  • You are logged in
  • A tournament is currently open
  • All tournament data has loaded without errors
  • There are players available in the tournament

If everything above is correct and the issue persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
