# Adjust player notes in OTP

## How to edit or adjust notes for a player within a tournament.

#### Steps

1. In the left-hand menu, go to **Players**
2. Click on the name of the player
3. Open the **Notes** tab
4. Edit the note
5. Click **Save**

#### Expected Result

- The player note is updated successfully
- No error message is displayed
- The updated note is visible in the player details

#### Troubleshooting

If you are unable to edit the player note, check the following:

- You are logged in
- A tournament is currently open
- All tournament data has loaded without errors
- There are players available in the tournament

If everything above is correct and the issue persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
