Setting Availability Restrictions for Registration

Before opening registration, you can configure in the Online Tournament Planner how many days, which days, and which times players can indicate as unavailable.

In the planner, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Registration’.

At the bottom, you will find ‘Availability’.

Click ‘Properties’ to adjust the default settings for your tournament.

‘Maximum number of unavailable days’ determines how many days a player can indicate that they are unavailable.

‘Does not count until’ means that players can indicate an unlimited number of unavailable days up to and including the specified date.

For each day, you can indicate whether players are allowed to specify availability restrictions.
